About inteGIRLS

Initiative

inteGIRLS is the teen-led organization behind the math competition and virtual puzzle hunt for all female-identifying and non-binary students comfortable with being grouped with women. Both are team-based competitions that encourage contestants to work together to solve difficult questions.

We know how it feels to be a girl interested in STEM and be one of the only girls in physics classrooms, math teams, and science clubs. That is why we decided to create a community for girls to interact with each other and inspire you to pursue your passions. Our goal is to foster and promote girls' passion for math and problem solving, an essential part of STEM, and ignite a sense of community for girls in this small yet driven group of people.

San Diego Chapter

As part of the inteGIRLS organization, our chapter will host two main competitions each year, one in the fall and the other in the spring. Any female or non-binary middle school and high school students who live near San Diego County are welcome to participate!
